It’s a little late notice, but I’ll be at Macworld San Francisco this week. Tomorrow I’ll being doing some video stuff for a new CNET show called Snap (or Snap! or something). My new part-time gig is hosting a show for the photo and video sharing site, Webshots. The cool peeps over at Webshots will be picking some of the best photos and video from the website to put on the show. I don’t know exactly what we’ll be filming at Macworld, but it should be crazy fun.
If you’re going to Macworld and spot me there, be sure to say “hi.” Also check out the Your Mac Life talk right after the keynote speech and the Diggnation filming on Wednesday. Phew. Enough plugs for one weblog post.
More little bits of news:
- I won a Sexiest Geek Poll on the Geeks are Sexy Weblog. Woot.
- The laser-etched laptop project got a mention on TWiT.
- I did my laundry today at the laundromat.

Congrats on the laundry! Oh, and the other stuff. too.

Congrats! You won quite overwhelmingly, even.
I admit I abstained, I’m sorry.

Ahhh, laundromats, America’s public cesspool for clothes. There’s something about having to guard your undergarments like a hawk, while dodging seedy guys with mustaches, that I find unpleasant (Not to mention the drive there and the necessary coinage). That’s why I just irradiate my clothes at home with discarded nuclear reactor water. Who needs hair and functioning bone marrow when your clothes are conveniently clean?

Great to see someone that has risen to great heights just by the help of the web community… Grrr… you stole my dream!! Just kidding.
I don’t remember if I voted for you on the [GAS] poll or not, but congrats for winning. I’m just thankful one of the guys didn’t win.
Anywho, keep on with what you’re doing. Now that I know you have a blog, I’ll be sure to check back every so often.
