I also have a problem with Maggie. I think you are forgetting a number of female "hackers" like LAIN for instance, and some of the characters from the animatrix. I think there are also some good female hackers from Hack.net. Or if any of Neal Stephenson's characters were to make it to the screen, you might have a few more drop off of the list.
