New Design and Google Links

Check out my new design and thanks to James McEwan for creating it for me. I really like that you can now see all my projects in the side bar. I’ll try to keep those updated.

Another shout-out to MediaTemple, my new blog host. They seem to be doing some cool stuff with Django, so if you’re thinking of starting a hosted Django project, I’d check out their Django GridContainer.

OMG! I have sub-links in Google search results! At least until the next Google dance…

Google result for Leah Culver

Considering I rarely write in my blog, I’m quite thrilled about this.

I dig the new design! I’ve looked a bit at the MT Django stuff, but I’m still pretty happy with what Webfaction offers.

    Happy new year!

Love the new design. Very minimalistic, which gives greater emphasis on the content. Great way to start off the New Year, eh?

Design looks good. I kind of liked the multi entry view better but I can still have that using RSS so it’s cool.

I was just reading an article titled “Fewer women choosing computer science careers” and was reminded of you. Here’s the link if you want to read it: http://www.orlandosentinel.com/community/news/ucf/orl-techwomen0108jan01,0,5530690,print.story

Also, nice for google to show you some love, perhaps they can inspire you to write more. Happy New Years!

    Hello,,,

i did the same… new year new outfit :-). I really like your new background imagery.
So how did you make google to include sub-links of your page? Was it necessary to create a site-map by hand?

oh yes,,, best wishes for the new year :-)

I really like this a lot, kudos to James Mcewan.

I love the super lightweight look and feel, it’s slick without appearing corporate. I really like the colors.
